Originally a shed for livestock the vision for this two storey concrete construction was to convert the top floor into a music room with a gym, kitchen and sauna at ground floor level.

The interior coverings were completely stripped back and walls and ceilings were reconstructed which included adding the appropriate heat insulation.  Other alterations included a bespoke staircase to connect levels, new window openings and roof-lights and a fireplace on the top level designed using local stone. The refurbishment included all new services. Bespoke storage was designed to tailor fit the clients requirements.
